subcode for changing service provider?

Posted: 12-25-2004, 08:59 PM
I have a nokia that was activated with alient and I want to activate it with
telus but alient won;t give me the subcode. they use the same towers by
mutual agreement but without that subcode the phone is dead. any way to get
it? I think if I own the phone I should be able to activate it where I want
no?
