HELP!!! I can't get my 3650 to boot!!

My 3650 wont boot. I left it charging sunday night. Sunday morning when
I turned it on it when up less than half way (not even asked for my 4
digit code), display the nokia logo, and then restart again.
My carrier has agreed to replace the phone under warranty, but I need
to get the phone to boot so I can archive its contents to the memory
card so I dont loose my data.
Is tere a way to get it to boot in safe mode or something of the sort?
I have a lot of data in my phone that I dont want to loose. I
appreciate any ideas.
