Converting file types...

Hey guys, sorry btw if this is in the from section of the forum..im ne
here

Anyway, i have a 7610 and when i use the data cable and upload the vid
from my phone onto my comp they are in the filetype (nokia multimedi
player file)...i can still play them in like real1 etc.

My problem is, i want to put vids from my comp onto my phone except
can't because it wont recognise the filetype unless it's a(noki
multimedia player file)...question is...is there anyway to overcom
this problem? Convert the file?
