N-Gage dead recommended repairers

My son was using his N-Gage Sunday night fine, monday morning it's
dead, will not charge and the battery is flat. Tried a battery from
another phone still nothing, trying the battery out of the dead phone
in the good phone it's dead flat but starts to take a charge after 5
minutes
