6600 default files

Anyone knows where can i get the COMPLETE list of files that are on Nokia
6600 on factory defaults.
I have a problem with some IRremote file staying in flash and it screws up
IRremote...after i have formated phone, it's still messed up.
So, i figure to get the complete list of sys files,and with some file
manager prog to delete the files that aren't default sys files...
or..is there any other way to complete erase the flash rom and to put back
the default settings?
