PC Suite Assistance Needed

couple of days I had to format PC and when I installed the PC Suite
again, it did not recognize the phone. First, mRouter gets connected,
but after about a minute it automatically disconnects and I cannot
connect to it again.
It seems the file which the first installation creates on the phone
cannot be read by the new PC Suite installation.
What should I do?
