6600 as a drive on my computer?
Posts: n/a I am a 6600 newbie so am sorry if this question has been asked before. Is there a way to set things up so that the 6600 appears under my computer? It would be cool to be able to access data on the phone using standard windows techiques as opposed to having to use the pc suite wizards. Once that my infaredsession 'connects,' an Explorer-type application starts and I can move files around here and there. I don't THINK it has visibility to all file types on the camera. (I am recalling this away from my home pc. Sorry.) Whenever I connect by infrared, I can open My Computer and then drill down to the Gallery folder on the 7250. Hence no need to start PC Suite. In fact, if I remember correctly, there is nothing in the PC Suite that will allow me to transfer files. Wonder if there is something similar on the 6600. "Martin J.
