handsfree > mini-stereo adapter?

of adapter that will take the hands-free connecter and split it into
two mini-stero jacks so I can plug it into the audio-in and audio-out
of my computer? I don't know if there are different kinds of
hands-free connecters, but i would expect most of them to be the same.
(I have a nokia 3390).
