3200 Loudspeaker problem

headset. Even when someone calls, and I answer the call normally by pushing
green button, it answers with the loudspeaker on. Whatever I do during the
call, (ie. options/handset) it will write loudspeaker deactivated but still
working through the loudspeaker. After turning the phone off and on it will
operate normally. Anyone experienced this? What should I do? Which is the
last software version? Should I try updating it?
