3650 audio and video on real one player

Hi all,
I hope that anyone can help me,

I have a 3650 with a real one player original loaded into it but it wont
play any (converted) files no audio and no video,some files can be played by
the voice recorder but that s not made to do that.
The files are all converted and stored in the phone by pc suite in symbian
format...
