Nokia 6820 Blackberry Question - Nokia & Blackberry Are No Help....

Blackberry functionallity to work, as this is what it is being sold with.
When the device arrived it was clearr that the Blackberry Client did not
exisit and after many phone calls to Nokia & Blackberry established that the
software wasn't finished.
In this weekends newspapers (UK) & Computer press Nokia have place full page
adverts stating that the device is Blackberry ready... so I start to wonder
how I get hold of the new software.
I want go into the Nokia conversations as these were a complete was of time.
1. After speaking to our local dealer, he had a look at a new 6820 and
confirmed that the Blackberry Client was now available
2. After checking the firmware mine was V3.21 the Blackberry version was
V3.7, this must be the answer, so had the phone reflashed. Still no
Blackberry client.
Can anyone confirm if they have a Blackberry option, and if so the menu
option where it is located, also the firmware version & date ( *#0000# ) I'm
running out of ideas now. Is the client shipped on the CDROM?
