HELP - Nokia 6310i ----- Suddenly DEAD-----------????

Hi folks

Can anyone help.

I was using my usual software to sort out my phonebook and when I told it to upload to the
phone it went dead and now it won't switch on.

Any ideas - advice - what's up with it.

Someone said there is a virus about or the software could have been wiped

u did try 2 remove battery for a while?
