Activate WAP browser on 6560

Wireless plan doesn't include browsing, but we all know that there's
plenty of free WAP content out there. My user's guide says there
should be a SERVICE menu (probably just like I'm familiar with on my
6310i GSM phone), but it's not there.
I don't want to change my AT&T Wireless plan. There must be a simple
way to turn on this menu.
Any help appreciated.
