Advice wanted: Looking to buy GSM with simple features

I'm looking to buy a new GSM. I've had a Siemens S45, for the past 18
months. On balance I've been disappointed with it - dust gets in underneath
and stops the buttons working (the case can't be opened), the light doesn't
work, buttons have fallen off, and synchronisation with Outlook is useless.
At least it still works, I suppose,
Can anyone help? I was looking at the Nokia 3310, until I started reading
about the condensation problems that they have, plus more general problems
with their exploding batteries, and poor warranty service.
I'd like to have:
- good synchronisation with MS Outlook
- splashproof case
- good autonomie
Are there any good mobile websites out there? Any advice.
