Nokia 3100/others support AT+ command thorugh cable

Does anyone knows if Nokia3100 support AT+ command thorugh cable? I
would like to use 3100 to send out and receive Sms.

May I know what kind of cable do I need in order comunicate with the
GSM using AT+ command?

Or is there any phone + datacable can support AT command?
