3650 Email

Hi.

I'm looking for a way of setting my 3650 to automatically check for new
emails at regular intervals. I'd like it to be able to update the inbox
without me having to go to the Messages prog and do it myself. Is there a
way of doing it with the phone as it is or are there apps which will do it
for you?
