nokia clone

I have problem I bought cable to connect phone with my Pc...
I have 2 Nokia 3310 cell phones.. one with old soft and one with new one...
how to copy soft from nokia with new firmware...on disk and then flash the
secound one..
help me witch program should i use to do this?

You'd need something like Griffin to do this, not cheap, about £200.
Suggest you contact your local Nokia agent, and get them to upgrade the
handset.
