I think you'll find that Nokia's 'cellular phone department' is huge
division of a huge multinational, with legions of sales reps and many
product managers. Sure, there's probably someone who's ultimately in charge
of that division, but I'm guessing he/she isn't going to be quite busy and
not in the habit of taking calls from 'internet people' ;-)

Maybe you'd be better off going to a local Nokia service center if you have
a problem with your phone, or going through Club Nokia if you have a more
general query.
