Nokia Image Converter Help

I have a Nokia 6100 and PC Suite 5.1 installed on the computer. I connect
the phone to the computer via IR, I can see it in Connection Manager fine.
I try and use Image Converter to upload images, but after editing, the
upload to phone option in the program is greyed out, I can only save it to
the hard drive.
Any help will be appreciated.
