How do I get the firmware on my Nokia 3650 updated?
Posts: n/a I visited the AT&T Wireless store where I got the thing and they claimed to know nothing about firmware upgrades. I can't navigate Nokia's web site to figure it out there. Posts: n/a Re: How do I get the firmware on my Nokia 3650 updated? Call Nokia USA and get the numbers of the repair shops (level 2 and 3)in your area (or do the same from the web site). Call each of them and find if they do firmware upgrades (they will charge you about $20). If noone does - send the phone to Nokia Repair Center in Florida and they will do that for free (you pay only the S&H to them). It takes about 10 days to get your phone back.
