Basically
DCT-1 is 1st gen Analog
DCT-2 is 2nd gen Analog
DCT-3 is 1st gen GSM Digital (ie 5110, 6110 all the way upto 8210 etc)
DCT-4 is 2nd gen GSM Phone (ie 8310 and newer)
unrealesed DCT-5 which should be Nokias 3G capable handsets ie 6600, 7600,
7700 etc

Well not entirely correct, DCT2 were 3110, 8110 etc.
