As an option on 607s, soon available as an option on 206s if I understood
the press article correctly, for example, in France. It may be sold as
standard for export cars (like Oz cars).

Mine's only 6 months, might make the difference. Not that I'll ever actually
use bluetooth, anyway.

I do have a BT headset but rarely use it. I have a CARK-91 for my 6310i in
the car, it works very well and I see no requirement for change on the
horizon.
