Nokia 3410 / 3510

I currently have a 3410. What are the comparisons with a 3510, and is it
worth getting one, as my sister needs a new phone and I might give her my
3410.

Thanks

IMHO 3410 is a far better phone than the 3510, and apart from the colour
screen, I'd consider it better than the 3510i.

Ditto I agree...
I tried to get my friend to buy one today.
Link was doing £69 on O2 with £10 free credit - unlock it and great for
all...
Superb phone, better than 3510 in heaps of ways even though is not colour.
The only thing 3510i has over 3410 has is you can download expensive £5
games or use MobiMB for free game uploads. Apart from that 3410 thrashes
it - it is a superb phone if you want to text, call with some useful
features thrown in. Plus it doesn't glow orange.
I tried the 3510i and had to go back to my 3410. IMHO it is the best phone
to date Nokia wise for just making calls.
And that is what a phone is for.

Friend had heart set on a Motorola 720i contract (she liked idea of a free
phone/upgrades - a little bit illogical I think in some areas). I couldn't
change her mind, was set on this phone, so decided if that was what she
really wanted she was damn well going to be on the same network as me!
Heh, heh - costs her 10p to call me and £22 a month whereas my 3410 pay and
go costs me 20p as and when...
She does get 500 free texts though, but the fee I feel cancels that out,
unless you consider the phone if was pay and go costs...
She was logical in some areas of arguement, so I let her win - but I think a
cheap tariff is better than tied in to a direct debit to have a fancy phone
(of which features she'll never use) but then that is me... LOL. She can
learn from her experience, right or wrong.
I got what I wanted lol... No more 35p/min calls or her texting all the
time ...
