Strange securitycode problem - 6210

Posted: 09-28-2003, 10:48 PM
I´ve a very strange security problem with my 6210.
The origanl factory code was 12345 but was altered to another code by me.
Due to change of simcard and operator, I had to use the new code, when I
turned on the phone (after putting in the new pincode of the new simcard)
BUT... The answer from the phone - when I used the new securitycode was: It
was not accepted! Wrong code.
I tried several times. I even went to a place where I could get a reset and
a factory reset.
Same answer from the phone! (I udes off course code 12345)
Then a whole new set of software was installed - same negativ result...

What is wrong and how do I resolve the problem!
Thank you in advance
