trying to update my 3650 to record sound when using video recorder

I have recently purchased a Nokia 3650 from ATT and the video camera
was unable to record sound.

I do not have infrared or BT capabilities and was instructed to
contact the Nokia service center in FLA for a new MMC card with the
update on it.

Having received the MMC card how can I get the updates into the phone?
