Convert AMR file to other formats

Hi,

I used my N7650 phone to record some AMR files. Now I want to convert
these files to MID files which are the default ringtone file format
for N7650. Also, I want to convert the AMR files to MP3 files. Is
there any shareware running under windows platform to do this ?

You can set AMR files as ringtones anyway
