regarding nokia 8310/service command editor

there is no info in the service command editor, after sending a txt i get a
blank box, which i have to put in *#10# to get my balance, it used to give
me my balance automatically after sending.

please help

ive had this before and got rid of it, just cant bloody remember what i

it should auto tell me my balance after sending txt but doesnt now?

What about putting *#10# into the svc commang editor instead?
