6610 Common Problems?

My Brother has had his 6610 returned to the dealer twice on Warranty to get
various issues fixed. (I can't recall what they were)
I have just noticed in the last 24 hours that my 6610 is also behaving
oddly.
* Whilst charging, the Battery Bar doesn't "move", instead it stays on one
single Bar. When the charger is removed the bar jumps to "Full"
* The Screen Saver (the digital time) doesn't always kick in after a few
moments of no use. (25 Minutes and counting now)
* The screen doesn't always become "Bright" but stays dull when in use. eg
After "unlocking" the phone.
* The screen stays "Bright" for extended periods. 5+ Minutes
These are all cosmetic, but they are a nuisance. Is this model plagued with
problems?
