We’ve already featured the Samsung Smooth U350 sometime last month, which was then rumored to be released by the end of March under Verizon. Well obviously that didn’t happen and instead, Verizon has just released it recently.
There’s actually nothing much to say about this handset since this is just a low-end device, plus there’s really nothing new about the features except for a surprising GPS and VZ Navigator on it. Aside from that, everything remains basic such as a VGA camera, Bluetooth, voicemail, email and web browser, and a 1.9-inch internal display showing 128 x 160 pixels.
So perhaps this will just cater to those who are first time mobile users or probably to those who really doesn’t need a lot on a phone but a simple messaging feature. This Samsung U350 could be yours for $29.99 on a two-year agreement and rebate or $99 with one-year agreement to $199 with no attachments at all.
