Two new low-end devices have been announced by Samsung, with the model numbers E1360 and E1210. And since these are just low-enders, you know this would only cater to those who are looking for a simple phone with very basic features and perhaps to those who are first time mobile users.
Both hold almost the same features, although the E1360 looks more stylish in its slider form factor than the E1210 in a boring candybar. Both has 1.77-inch CSTN display with 65k colors and 128 x 160 pixels, speakerphones, polyphonic tones, WAP browser, FM Radio and mobile tracker. Perhaps these phones are indeed too much of a low-end since they don’t even hold a camera. The E1210 is larger than the E1360 with 108 x 43.5 x14.3mm dimension and 96.6 x 45 x 19 mm dimension respectively.
There’s no announcement yet regarding these Samsung phones’ release date or pricing, but this shouldn’t await those who are after a touch-screen or perhaps a QWERTY keyboard device anyway.
