Sony Ericsson Filippa C901 Phone

The Sony Ericsson Filippa has now been made official as the C901 Candybar phone. Speculations about the features of the Filippa and the Kate have been mixed around the past few months until the Kate gets its official announcement.



Sony Ericsson Filippa is another Cyber-shot candybar said to feature HSUPA connectivity, 140MB of internal memory, SnapFish, BestPic, PhotoFix, Face Detection and Smile Shutter. It will be formally announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next month. And as for now, it is said to boast 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and xenon flash. It will also have the smile-shutter technology that automatically snaps a picture when it detects a smile, and also with illuminated imaging shortcuts. There’s nothing much on this phone yet until its official announcement, of course by Sony Ericsson.

It will be available in Noble Black, Sincere Silver and Precious Peach colors and is expected to hit the markets by April.
