Is it possible to reprogram an AT&T sim card to become a sim card that works on Rogers network? What is really the physical difference of SIM card between different network carriers? It appears similar from the outside except for the branding sticker.

Now this is one that I am not sure of. Is the new Black RAZR being shipped with a higher memory capacity that the original Silver ones? And if so, is there a way to increase the memory of the silver ones? I flexed and flashed mine, but more storage capacity would be nice.
