How can I transfer Media files from PC to Motorola W385?

I just got a W385 today and tried to personalize the ringtone and wallpaper. I installed the motorola phone tool. It supposed to transfer any types of data to the phone but it only ...

Yes you can. Searh google for Motorola phone Tools or directly donwload from official website of Motorola.
