I cannot for the life of me see how people are complaining about the
volume level on this headset. I have bad hearing, and if I don't
keep the volume turned down, it hurts my ears. You might think about
exchanging it if it's under warranty.

have you tried using the side buttons on the phone to increase on the volume
and not just the buttons on the headset?

i swear when i first got mine it was too quiet even tho when i pushed the up
button it beeped meaning it was at max.

later sometime i tested my phones volume and it was on only 4.. increasing
that to max also made the bluetooth headset louder.. so now its actually too
loud on max.

Have you tried an HS820? Older, cheaper, LOUDER.
