When or will the motorola v3i be released through cingular in US?

If they treat it like the razr "classic" it will come out at $299 for a
few months and eventually drop to near zero. Why wait though? You can
buy one today for the same price on ebay. Note: There are versions both
with and without iTunes. If you want iTunes be sure it is so equipped.
If it is, the Message button will be replaced by an iTunes button. With
or without iTunes, which has a 50 or 100 song limit, you can use the
Digital Audio Player or the Playlist option in the Sounds menu to play
your music. The non-iTunes version have no limits (other than memory) on
the number of songs you can have. The transflash card slot will support
the new 1GB cards and I've heard a 2GB card is in the works.

I have the non-iTunes version which I'm very pleased with (I'm not an
iTunes fan) with about 150 songs onboard with plenty of room left on my
1GB card. When buying on ebay consider the total price including
shipping and buy only from sellers who have a 99+% rating. Different
sellers offer different bundles so compare carefully. Nobody is
bundling the 1GB card yet (I bought mine on ebay for $57 delivered) so
if you plan on getting that you don't have to be concerned with what's
included, which could be anything from 64mb to 512mb.

I am VERY happy with the v3i - it has a better camera, better screen,
better battery life and the MP3 player and memory card are very handy.
