If you don't want to use Outlook, you can "file-new" and open an MPT
database, which is MSAccess/Jet.

Or, you can "back up" the phone, which copies the content to a .csv file
that can be loaded to the other phone.

At the start of MPT, I select a profile for either of the two phones, so I
don't have to do any reconfigure, although there probably is no difference
between the 551 and 557 that MPT would care about.

I know you can transfer one contact via Bluetooth directly from phone to
phone, I don't know if you can transfer the entire phonebook in one shot.
