Verizon system, right? The V3C only accepts input from a
Motorola-specific charger, otherwise it won't recongnize the device.
Buy a compatable charger from the Motorola Coporation.

The Verizon Razr will charge from the USB Port. I Installed the drivers and
it works great.
There was some talk about this just a few weeks ago in the verizon group. It
was also said about the correct usb cable must be used. Google USB Charge,
cable, Razr. You will find me and a few others are now doing It.

I was set to go buy a few AC Chargers one for my office and my study. The
one that came with it is in my kitchen. I went and bought the usb cables and
they work great. But If no drivers are loaded it wont charge.

Also be sure you hook up to a USB port that has enough power. All USB
ports are not powered equally.
