Check Add/Remove Programs, and look for an entry in All Programs. Otherwise,
first reinstall, then uninstall and reinstall.

Apparently, he thinks that you don't, which is lame. Ignore him.

The Motorola V3C only accepts manufacture-specific chargers, therefore
you cannot use the PC's USB to charge the phone.
