If you're looking for a Bluetooth hands-free car speakerphone car kit,
not a headset, you don't have a lot of choices. Jabra has the SP100 and
SP500. Sony Ericsson has the HCB-100, Palm has the MV100.
Unfortunately, there is nothing like the Motorola Professional Hands
Free Car Kits, which connected power, an antenna, and a microphone &
speaker when you placed the phone in a cradle. It appears that the last
of the phones that can use the good car kits are the E810 and the V276.

Sorry, I forgot the Motorola HF820, which is only $77 from Amazon.com.

The HF820/HF850 comes to mind too... From Motorola even.

IIRC they still make those, in Bluetooth format too, just without the
external antenna. I just recently bought car kits for my parents and
was offered the hard install option, but since both my parents are in
the process of changing vehicles, we went for the HF850s.

Power corrupts. Absolute power is kind of neat.

It's hard to know, as Motorola removed all information on them from
their web site.
If I had an E810, I'd probably combine the hang-up cup for power and
antenna, with the BlueTooth speakerphone. I really like just sticking
the phone in the hang-up cup, as much for the charging and antenna, as
much as for the excellent speakerphone on the MPHFCK.

Sorry, I was referring to Verizon CDMA phones. You're right of course. I
just figured that no one who cared about coverage was going to go the
GSM route, due to the lack of AMPS on Cingular and T-Mobile.

Take a look at the Supertooth II (2). I got one a few weeks back and it is
nice and loud in my very noisy diesel van. Attaches to sun visor by magnets
onto a metal clip (very secure) and has a little fold out microphone which
also acts as the on/off switch. I got mine in the UK, but I think it is
made overseas so should be available in the US.
Does voice dialling, auto answer etc when connected to a V3
