Does anyone know how to develop applications in Linux for E680i?

version for E680i. The phone is using Linux as OS but the develop
environment is Windows!
It's so strange!I have only linux environment, that means I have to use
common libraries to develop applications for E680i. It's very bad to do
so.
Does anyone knows how to get the toolkit for Linux? Wine is not a
solution I think, becaue it's tooooooooooooo slow!
