If your L7 phone comes with the iTunes software on it you connect it to your
PC with the USB data cable and it appears in iTunes just like an iPod does.
You have to make sure that the Menu / Settings / Connectivity / USB Settings
/ Default Connection is set to the Memory Card for iTunes to see your
transflash card.

If your L7 does not come with iTunes you can't put the iTunes software load
on the phone as there is a hardware encryption key that prevents it from
working - its the same with trying to work around the 100 song limit. The
iTunes software is actually a signed Java applet (a bit like a game), but it
runs in its own Java virtual machine with its own keys. There are different
batches of phones from the factory.
