Razr V3 email settings?

I followed the instructions on Cingular web site to set up my Razr V3 for
email but unfortunately I plugged in the wrong password for my incoming
server and not I cannot get the email set up option to come back. Where did
that option go? Is it that once you set it up it's gone or am I just being
an idiot? Does anyone know how to "edit" your stored email password?
