Download v551 skins direct to phone?

phone only comes with 3 and no way to change colors like my v180. But
I've done the whole computer software thing before and it's such a pain
in the ass. I was hoping technology would be at a place where you
could just download skins and stuff right to your phone, instead of
having to open them on your computer and then tranferring them to your
phone. I don't want to mess with cables, but I especially don't want
to have to mess with that stupid, confusing software that won't work if
you look at it wrong. So, what I'm asking: is there a way to download
skins or a way to change colors directly to my v551?
