i850 ring settings

I cant seem to figure this one out. I setup VIBE ALL=OFF
and then selected RINGER 1 for all my alerts/voicemail/messages and phone
lines.

I get ringer 1 whenever the phone rings or I get text msgs, but when someone
DCs me it always vibes....

I dont see vibe set anywhere...any thoughts?
