voice activated name on E550

This is the second posting because I don't think I made it very clear the
first time.
The problem I have is setting up a voice activated name on my recently
bought E550. I have followed all the steps but either the message tells me
that it is unable to store the voice name or that there are no names stored
in the phone book. I can just about hear my voice on one recording but
that's all. I have made sure that the number is stored on the phone and not
on the card. The card is one that I have put in from my old phone and I am
wondering if this has something to do with the problem.
