V60i Flashing/Upgrading Firmware

I want to flash my V60i because I can't access the browser and I only
have English in the language list. I have done all the resets and all
that.

Here's the info on my phone:

Flax Version: 92291xybsa13f
Technology: TriBand GSM
Software Version: PHX8_G_03.30.10R
DSP S/W Version: 00003813
Language List: 0001 \

can any one tell me how to do this or point me to a link? (I have a usb
data cable).
