I have a new Razr and had the same problem. Are you with Cingular?
finally called Cingular and they had to 'program' my phone to do that
She told me for some reason, that only the Razr doesn't come 'pr
programed' like all other models. She had me call her on a land line
and she sent changed to the phone, and then we restarted and tested it
and it works now. If your not with Cingular, this might be a proble
with other carriers also. I hate calling tech support, but they wer
very quick, and helpful
