Need to unlock RAZRv3

in the US for the holidays. We paid full prive for them at Best Buy
because we want unlocked phones we can use both in the US and
overseas. Unfortunately, when I put my SIM card for my overseas
provider in, the phone requested a subsidy password. We're leaving
the US Saturday - what can we do?
