V3 and Outlook synch issues

1. No Outlook tasks synch? Just calendar and contacts?
2. No plugin USB/Bluetoooth adapter with the phone? Or with Mobile
tools?
3. When I synch my contacts many don't synch and the summary does not
give me a full rason; it just says they can not be synched. is this
because they are recurring? Have reminders? Text in the notes field?
Why?
