V600 Problems

Posted: 12-23-2005, 03:25 AM
My V600 is rebooting while I am in the middle of a call and the main
ringer speaker is not working, it just les. I have noticed today
that the background image looked like a TV without reception - Just
snow! I rebooted it and it seems fine now. - It was never dropped in
water and I am very careful with it.

I talked to the guys that I purchased it from and they want to send it
to Mot and charge me about 100.00 CDN to have it looked at. It is a
about 15 months old and I think the warranty is only a year.

Can anyone give me any ideas on what I should do?

I am in Vancouver, Canada

Thank you
Randall.

If you like the phone & want to keep it, send it to Motorola yourself. Go to
Motorola.com/customersupport to find out how.
